RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel flawless in your Blendi Wear pieces. If something isn’t right, here is how we can help.

Eligibility for Returns You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In the original packaging with all tags attached

  • Free of any stains, makeup, or odors (please be careful when trying on).

How to Initiate a Return Do not send items back to the address on the package (our logistics center does not process returns). Instead, please email us at info@blendiwear.com with your order number. Our concierge team will provide you with the nearest return instructions.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Quality is our priority. If you received a defective item, you do not need to return it. Simply email us a photo of the defect within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

Final Sale Items Gift cards and intimacy items (underwear) are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
